By participating in this event, you will interact with more than 900 CASE District I & II members, and many decision-makers. You’ll strengthen existing relationships and build new ones at sessions and social events, build brand awareness and recognition as you showcase your organization and its services, position your organization as a partner with institutional decision-makers, and highlight your commitment to making a significant contribution to CASE and its members. As an integral member of our professional community, you’ll have opportunities to interact with attendees during the conference and at high-traffic events, including conference breaks and breakfast roundtable sessions.

What’s a sponsor? What’s an exhibitor?
A sponsor provides either cash or in-kind support for the Conference, and an exhibitor sets up an exhibit booth to market a product or service to over 900 conference attendees. Many sponsors are also exhibitors, but not all exhibitors are sponsors (but they can be).
Sponsors choose to sponsor something: a special event, a program track, etc.
Sponsorship Levels and Benefits
There are four levels of sponsorship, each with specific benefits. Each level has a set of potential sponsorship opportunities (see below). Some require a cash contribution; others can be fulfilled through a contribution of in-kind series or goods.
Platinum Sponsor: $7,500
Gold Sponsor: $5000
Silver Sponsor: $3,500
Bronze Sponsor: $2,000
Tote Bag Inserts: $250.00 per item
Exhibit Fees:
Included with each booth space are two full conference registrations which include all conference meals. Each booth is 8’X8’ and will be set with 8’ high blue back drape, 3’ high blue side drape, 6′ table, 2 side chairs, wastebasket and one (1) 7”X44” booth identification sign.
Fee for Educational Partner*: $1,200
Fee for Other: $1,400
(*Educational Partner refers to companies and firms that have chosen to formally affiliate with CASE through the payment of annual dues. The term “Other” refers to those exhibitors who do not meet the criteria of Educational Partner.)
Exhibit Hall Hours:
Sunday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Monday: 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday: 7:30 to 11:30 am.
